"I hired this gentlman 3 years ago to do my tuck pointing aroung my house , chimmey work and to redo my front proch stoop that had to be rebuilt. It was $5300.00 for the job . It took 2 days to complete. The front proch is now breaking up in small areas. I talked to ruscil about 2 monthes ago and texted the pics to him , told me he would come and look at and he never did. I made a complaint to the BBB , they closed it out due to no response. My next step is to take him to small claims court. I am doing that by beg of next month.
