Nolan Beery came down to Indianapolis to see the piers first hand - and covered them with their lifetime warranty. I was not the original owner that added the piers... they found the receipt that they did do the work many years ago for a previous owner of my home. "Jim is a top-notch independent professional. He's busy and he works at his pace. If you aren't in a hurry, his schedule makes up for his quality and professionalism. Jim responded to a call. We spoke about the repair needed. It took him a week or two to get out to the property to survey the damage. I put in a couple of calls along the way. Once he got out, he told me when he could get to it and that suited us fine. He offered some constructive suggestions that were actually a bit less than we wanted to do regarding the repair. We appreciated his recommendation.Once we committed to the project, he got right to it. Really good attention to detail and materials. You get the feeling that he is fixing it with the same attention that he'd give his own home.  <br /> After the repair, he got back to us with an additional suggestion on securing some structural issues. "Marc and his team at Exotic Pavers completed, on a time, a fantastic paving job. Due to erosion, all the pavers had to be replaced in our front and back yards. "Dan Molnar tested me shortly after I messaged through Angie's list. Very courteous. Within a few days i had a quote that was better than I had expected. A little over 4 weeks later and everything is done and to a level of quality that honestly exceeded my expectations. The crew who did the concrete were polite and professional, the slab is smooth (they apologized for it not being better- the weather wasn't great but it looks perfect to me) and they cleaned up everything- including excess concrete piles. Their carpenter built custom doors for the previously unfinished and irregular entrance and they are of very good quality down to the hardware. I have dealt with many contractors before and without exaggeration this is the best company I have ever dealt with. I recommend them highly."
