"I was very pleased with the dryer vent cleaning. arrived on time and did a great job getting on the roof and cleaning the vent all the way down to the vent opening on the dryer machine. Carried out all the cleaning from the roof. It was fairly dirty and I could see all the stuff / lint coming out. Excellent job. The vent / ac & heating cleaning was okay but not great. Great job on the major vents and cleaning the opening by the unit. However only cleaned the top / short distance of all the other vents coming into the rooms. Will probably not use them for this work next time. Will use again for the dryer vent cleaning. Really good."

This was my first cleaning and I plan to schedule one with her on a monthly basis moving forward. I am super OCD and serious about good customer service, if you can meet that challenge then your the cleaning company for me. Ana is genuine and takes pride in what she does and you can hear it when you first schedule an appointment with her. She just has a good vibe and that is important when someone is in your home taking care of all your precious and personal items.
