Since this was a repair of someone else's work I did not think they would be too interested in doing this job. Their normal work includes commercial as well as residential and they were accustomed to doing large jobs. In comparison this was pretty small potatoes. They were as professional as if they were bidding on an entire roof. The crew that arrived were kind, professional and cleaned up their work space. "As senior citizens, it’s hard to get things done that in years past we were capable of doing ourselves. Climbing ladders to hammer Loose facia, fixing a window that was cracked, fixing a screen in a storm door thats on s roller(used to just pop the screen in and out). Little things mean a lot to keep your home updated and looking good. Curb appeal makes a difference. That being said we want to give a big five star rating to Sutton’s for being there to get all this things done for us. We are so happy with the job they did. Everything looks great. Love our new screen door, is so nice to not have duct tape holding the screen together. We can’t thank you enough. Great service from a great company. "I was very impressed with these guys from start to finish on my bathroom remodel. They were always prompt, professional, did amazing work, willing to adjust original plan , whatever I asked they did . They cleaned up as they went and hauled away every drop of construction materials. "Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"
