"When Mr. Parker arrived to do the estimate, he was very punctual and professional, and seemed like a great guy. They were able to get to my repair faster than estimated, and the crew that came to do the job was great.  The roofer named Coffee was knowledgeable and has been with Mr. Parker's company for many years. Coffee found some additional damage which was hidden by the shingles when doing the repair, and asked me what I wished to do. I told him to fix it, and he did. <br /> The only reason I gave the price a rating of B is because I didn't get any other estimates, as Kevin's Roofing was the first one contacted and they came out immediately to give the first estimate. I didn't have any other estimates to compare to, but feel that what was done was worth the cost. The job did cost more than the initial estimate due to additional hidden damage, which I'm glad they found and were able to repair the same day. <br /> All in all I am very happy with the work done, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again, and will recommend them to others. "We just had my home's worn out cedar exterior completely renovated (Oct 2023). Went out to bid and Macbeth was the only company that met my requirements and budget. Had all new pre-painted Hardee Plank siding, new windows, doors (both double and single), eaves, seamless gutters with leaf guards. 21 new doors and windows that work flawlessly. Window shutters as well. Job was completed in less than 3 weeks to my 110% satisfaction. These guys are experienced professionals that pay attention to every detail and the customer. They adhered to every detail of the Hardee plank specifications and even installed all my new exterior lights. Ripped off all cedar siding, then encased entire house with plywood, then Hardee moisture wrap and taping, finally the Hardee siding and trim. Thorough cleanup. Very highly recommended. It is very important to go with a company that does it all. The others only did siding or doors and windows but not both, but it's very important that both get done simultaneously to have the perfect outcome. Next job is deck replacement, going with Macbeth again, wont go anywhere else."

"It went well. A full crew of roofers came out and were able to both remove the previous roof shingles and install the new ones all on the same day. Then Carlos with an assistant or two followed up the roofers and replaced the entire gutter system, as well as providing screens for the gutters. All the work was performed in a timely manner, and all the debris from the roof and gutter replacement was gathered and removed. The new roof and gutters look great! We will continue to call on Metro Home Improvement services for our home maintenance and improvement needs."

"Excellent on all counts! I had my house cleaned years ago, but after No More Dirty Roofs cleaned my home it looked like I just had it painted. They even got the ugly stains off of the gutters, cleaned the front porch, back deck and all the windows are clean. I had black mold on my roof that had begun to grow moss. They scrubbed the roof clean! The trim on my home is cream color and I was speechless when I came home from work and saw it looking like new. The sidewalk was so thick in black mold and mildew stains I was ready to tear it up and install a new walk, but after they cleaned and pressure washed the sidewalk it was almost like new.
