"Allen & his team went above & beyond 2 times. I needed items moved, but in a thoughtful way because I'm single & no family in New Haven, or near enough to help while I have injury to ankle. Surgery has rendered me limited because of needing to do things independently, my back pain that was "cured" has flared up again. I am in tears- Joyful & grateful ones going through my things because of the care Allen & James took to pack my things away, then a 2nd time to sort through & move some boxes into my new room rental last night. I am in pain, on wheelchair, but the way they took care & thought about me needing to go through it myself when they don't even know me, was more than I could have asked for! I am also very critical because I worked in warehouses with food, so safety & the consideration to unloading & reaching what you'll need 1st or the most is what I pride myself to do well. Literally in tears to see some people care the way I would. Would hire to do anything I need in the future. Restored my faith in humanity."
