"I asked Anthony to come back to redo a section of the driveway repair. I paid him for the work twice even though his contract said he guaranteed the work for several years. He came back and made it worse. For over a month he said he would come back and fix it, but his truck and equipment were not working. He then said he would send a guy out to put a temporary sealer on before the heavy rain came. He did not. I would not hire him again. He has said he would come back in the spring and redo it at his cost. If he does I'll write a new review. Don't hire this guy."

He came back and made it worse. For over a month he said he would come back and fix it, but his truck and equipment were not working. He then said he would send a guy out to put a temporary sealer on before the heavy rain came. He did not. I would not hire him again. He has said he would come back in the spring and redo it at his cost. If he does I'll write a new review. Don't hire this guy."

"Work was completed, but with a lot of issues and lack of communication. Mostly listening and attention to detail. Items purchased/installed without consultation. Wrong doors purchased. Shower walls already detaching from drywall. Had to replace already new water heater because they hooked/unhooked/moved it so many times it fried the electrical board inside it. No accountability for mistakes. Plumbing company in town won't work with them anymore because of their conduct. They didn't know a blower door test was required to pass inspection, so did the work myself. Was constantly told "I'm not making much money off of this" as a way to skirt responsibility. JOBC made the quote, and was told that there was a specific budget. IMO wasn't willing to constantly pay more money, so other jobs took priority. They smoked marijuana in the driveway while working. Not opposed to that generally, but not professional. Was being sued by another client and asked for . Won't hire again."

"Geo came and gave me an estimate on 3 porch post and a beam and sent a contract that defined what needed to be done. Talked to the subcontractors who weren't aware of the conditions or wheather they needed to install post brackets or any other procedures. The subcontractors talked to me about the need to replace concrete surrounding post and I told them, yes replace. Later I reazlized they hadn't neither caulked nor replace necesary concrete. From what I saw, they probably used the wrong type of post brackets for my particular situation. Somebody from Roof4Life needs to check and verify project is done correctly before they let subcontractors leave. They are the experts not me."

We require full payment of your bill once your job is complete to your satisfaction. We provide full release of liens from our suppliers to you at time of final payment.
