"We moved into a new home in the Spring of 2018 that needed new flooring throughout. We visited Ultimate Flooring Design Center a couple of times and worked with Dave. We decided on carpet upstairs and in the basement, and LVT throughout the main level. We also needed our banister's sanded/stained to match new flooring. We were very worried about cost since we just bought a new house, but Dave worked with our budget and made us feel very comfortable with the process. The job took a couple of weeks to complete being the project was huge (5000 sq/ft house). A couple of small issues arose (a damaged tile from COREtec, doors not shutting properly because of high carpet, etc), and Dave and his team fixed everything quickly and with obviously no extra cost. Dave also came out for a final walk-through to make sure everything was satisfactory to our needs.
