"Roman, the owner, showed up right on time. His two man work crew was right behind him. They planned the lay-out of the lighting fixtures and got right to work. Roman gave us some expert advice on installing the remote control as opposed to a wall switch. His advice really helped us make a decision and we went with the remote control unit in the ceiling fan. The crew was very professional and helped move all of the furniture in and out of the living room. They laid down a huge drop cloth that covered the whole floor. They completed the job in a very timely manner and left our house neat and clean. We will definitely contact Roman again at Advanced Electric in Simi Valley, CA for future electrical work. "Scheduled an appt with Sunshine Foundation Repairs, Solomon arrived on time. He listened attentively to my concerns he shared his honest & professional opinion, the foundation is good. The damaged I experienced in my home from the earthquake on 07.31.25; second level floor sloping, drywall cracks & popping noises I heard would not be fixed by the services offered by Sunshine. The house was sound and I did not have to worry that the house had seriously damage based on what he saw including the attic. My experience was normal for a house built in 1978 he recommended steps to consider. He did not attempt to take advantage of my concerns & sell me services I did not need, unlike Dalinghaus Foundation Repair who charged $1980.00 1st inspection & attempted to sell me piers to the tune of $30K. Unfortunately I called them first. I wish I had googled differently & to find Sunshine Foundation Repairs. I highly recommend Sunshine Foundation Repair."

"I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to install a motion light onto an older, rectangular junction box. After many trips to the hardware store, I finally threw in the towel and turned to Angie's List where I stumbled across Nick at The Electric Connection. He said that we should stay within the price range as we talked since he doesn?t see any complications but he offered some adjustment and ideas about the placement of the lights in order to create a brighter room. he showed me a few different lights and explain about the color and energy efficiency of the different lights.
