After I returned home that evening from work he was already parked by the curb and apparently had been in the process of leaving a note on my door. I got his attention and we talked. I showed him the issues and he said they could effect repairs that week. In fact his crew came out the next afternoon and got everything patched up. Wow! what great service! Mr. Guyette was very professional and reassuring. He took care of the problem expeditiously. He also provided me with an estimate for a new roof (which I will probably replace in the near future).
