When I contacted them they did apologize & explained an emergency happened & my appointment got lost in the shuffle. I am going to wait until spring now & I will make a decision as to go elsewhere or try them again. I am inclined to believe them because when he came to look at the job he was right on time & seemed responsible so I can understand what an emergency can do to your mind & appointments."

"Aden and his crew were very professional. They explained everything they were doing along the way. While working, they were friendly, fast and efficient. Always made time to converse in between transitions of roof to soffit. They all had great personalities, and I would hire them again in a heart beat. I had both roofs to the garage and house done. As well as fascia facing and soffit repair. They addressed future concerns that I may need to address in the future. Also, had them chimney sweep my fireplace. All in all, I would hire Aden, Nathan, Nick, Alan, Leroy and Marvin again. They had everything done within 3 days. I am very impressed."
