"Residential exterior paint, 4 color, 2 story house with high roof peak requiring the 33 foot ladder. You want to work with this company as a client or an employee. Ricardo, Naomi, and Jennifer listen! Ricardo explains the process and clearly outlines which party does what. Somehow they all know where we are in the process. They focus on physical safety with harnesses for steep roofs and an observer for tall ladders. They use contractor's discounts at leading paint suppliers. The preparation for painting was extensive on my house. 2 days. Painting trim and body, then porch ceiling and floor. 2 days. Detail and touch up. 1 day.
