"I could write 1,000+ words about how disappointed I was in Fernando and his company. He gave us a very nice looking job, but not a level or properly pitched patio. He did a retaining wall and fence that was OK, but again attention to detail was lacking. He also did a walkway that was so bad we had to rip it out and redo it. And finally, he did not do the the cleanup that he was supposed to do. I believe he is a low level operator, operating from hand to mouth, and does not take pride in his work, or really care. He personally seems to know what he is doing, but was only on site a third of the time and his crew, what can I say other than take a pass and keep looking. "I hired Manuel to remove a viburnum shrub from my yard. We discussed that I wanted the stump and roots totally removed so that I can plant something else in its place. He worked hard and I paid him the requested fee plus a tip. The next day, I realized that he had only cut the stump to ground level and then covered it all with dirt, leaving the stump and roots in the ground. I've texted him 3 times asking what happened and requesting that he complete the job that I paid him for and have not heard back yet. He was a really nice guy and I thought he did a great job at first. If he does respond to my texts to complete the job, I would be happy to edit this review to reflect the updated completed job."
