I’ve looked at 5 other residences of my friends that live in my community that have had their homes painted for more money than I paid and in less than a year the bottom of their residences already have the paint chipping and peeling because the companies they used didn’t trench or apply Drylock. "Well, what does one say when a diamond is found. As far as painting professional, Joe Asaro is that diamond. Several years ago, Joe painted by our stucco and wood trim on the entire home. The paint has held up incredibly on the stucco walls and wood fascia and I have not even considered touch up painting if it was not for the replacement tile roof installed a short time ago. With the tile installation, the new trim rake tiles where installed exposing more wood than before and therefore, Joe's services were necessary again. As always, Joe met me at my home, walked the site with me and promptly sent to my email his proposal and as prior, the price was very reasonable, especially for the workmanship that Joe provides. "Very happy that we went with Approved Contractor for our first major home project. We got quotes from several other companies and none were nearly as helpful or professional. Our windows were installed quickly and they look fantastic. Our one issue was that wood frame edges around the windows weren't fully sanded down for painting after installation.
