"This company does not have a solid understanding of the Generac generators they install. I had the owner out last week to repair ours that is less than 3 years old. He left saying all was good, and on the following Saturday it failed to start for it’s weekly exercise run just as it had before he “repaired” it. Same exact error code. Ask him about Generac’s MobileLink app and he doesn’t have a clue. When I told him it failed again he said that maybe his battery tester was bad and that batteries are not included under the warranty. He said I should buy a new battery. I did, for $190, and it did not solve the problem. When I asked about their covering the cost of the battery, he asked “why should I?”. Steer clear!"

Very nice of them as it got my problem fixed and I didn't have to pay $125+ just to have someone come out to make an easy fix. Another company I called was going to charge me $199 just to come look at it and then pay more to fix it. Plus the woman on the phone was so nice and friendly and genuinely wanted to help me. In the future when I do need work done, because of this wonderful experience Midwest Lightscapes will definitely be the people I call!"
