"It went smoothly exactly as Paul described the job. His crew installed a sump pump and ensured in drained to the curb. The crew replaced the drain run to the curb and dug around the existing bushes. The crew also connected the the roof downspout to the run to the curb.The crew installed a perforated pipe in a trench which created a floating basement floor on 3 sides of the basement. (the 4th wall was not necessary since was an interior wall.) They concreted over the pipe with a gap to the wall. they repaired and painted the basement walls."

"This company is absolutely wonderful beginning with the courtesy when I called to schedule an appointment the first time. Next Jack N who arrived at my home on time and as promised. He provided me estimate for the repair and went over every detail of it with me. When the crew arrived to do the job they were very professional and performed the job as promised. I have a large house that was built in 1902 and was NOT able to find anyone willing to tackle my problem. Acculevel came in and fixed every issue. My house has a tight crawl space but Acculevel was able to replace a beam and the sister joist. In addition provided support and leveled out my floor. "Very prompt to return my message! Came out the following day to give estimate. Gave me an estimate that was 2k less than previous estimate I had received. Worked around my schedule for installation. Roofers arrived at 7am, very hard working team. Left around 7pm with new roof installed, chimney cap installed and no mess! Gutters were installed the following day . All in all, Brian Thomas was very attentive to what I wanted done and made sure it was done with 100% satisfaction."

"We have had two vertical cracks in our basement foundation since we purchased our house in 1997.  The large crack had been repaired by a company, I guess I will not name, when my in laws owned the house.  We had it repaired again by the same company about a year ago.  At that time the foreman on the job explained that sooner or later we would have to have one side of the house piered at a cost of approximately $13,000 - $15,000.  He tried hard to get me to commit to having the repairs scheduled.  We had another company tell us we had to do the same thing for about the same price. <br />    <br /> I saw an article written by Mike suggesting having your foundation inspected by a structural engineer before calling a contractor, and I had also spoke with him at the home and garden show about the same issue.  I decided to call Mike to have him inspect our house.  I phoned Mike on a Friday and made an appointment with BPG for the following Monday.  Mike responded at the time scheduled.  He inspected the issues we were having and made recommendations for fixing the problems.  None of which involved digging up around half my foundation and jacking up the house costing thousands of dollars.  The recommendations were pretty simple and one of them I could do myself with a little time and effort. <br /> I would recommend Mike's services to anyone.  He was professional, responded in a timely manner and I had the engineering designs in two days.  Hiring a structural engineer is the way to go before contacting a contractor.  I would have been out thousands of dollars and my foundation problems would not have been fixed. <br />"
