"When I originally called, Anthony came right out to look at what I wanted done and to give me the price.  He was very nice.  The following week, two different men came to do the pressure washing.  They seemed to do a good job and were careful to avoid a few areas that I requested that they skip (due to birds nesting in those areas) -- so that was good.  I went outside and noticed a few areas that had been missed (areas where they were supposed to clean.)  They cleaned those areas and then packed up and went away without collecting the money.... it was really rather strange.  Anthony called later on to apologize.  <br /> My biggest problem with the job is that the windows of the house were left filthy and streaked from the power washing of the house.   Anthony did send a man back the following week to clean the windows, but even then he didn't seem to understand that he needed to clean ALL of the windows.... he only did a few of them and was preparing to depart, when I told him that we'd agreed that he would rinse off ALL of the windows (they were all dirty.)    This man was very polite and pleasant.  However, even after the window rinsing there is some sort of residue on the windows that I cannot seem to remove.  I've tried cleaning them with alcohol, which did not work, and soap and water with a sponge, water rinse and squeegee.... which also did not work.  I am now going to need to hire a window cleaner to try to get these windows cleaned up; this will make the whole pressure washing quite expensive.  <br />"
