Working with you was a great experience--and so satisfying that I want to acknowledge it in writing. From start to finish virtually everything went smoothly. When soliciting an estimate, the Wow estimator arrived on time—as did Wow painters every single day of work. Wow’s estimate was reasonable—falling in the middle of four estimates that we solicited from other highly-rated companies. The Wow estimator also made excellent suggestions on the choice of paint color and type. When work started, I watched how the company’s painters prepped walls and baseboards. "Mr. Menendez's crew arrived on time and prepared for work. I had two old wooden exterior columns that had been dry rotting. The crew replaced the columns with a custom PVC wrap. The columns were securely installed to ensure no future water or termite damage. Next, the crew primed my exterior mouldings, my rusted railings, and the awning above the porch, all of which were over 20 years old, rusted, and a huge eyesore. The following day, the crew returned to complete painting, reinstallation of the railings, and the final touch which was painting my security door and my front door! They provided new screws for the railing and painted my front door blue--- both of which were complentry to the work I paid for."

Finally, they painted all of the wood trim on the exterior of our home and painted the porch. Our house was looking a little worn down, now it looks first rate."

"Chevy Chase Exteriors was my first experience with major home renovations and repairs and I am probably now spoiled. They are extremely responsive, kind, and flexible on timing (which was super important for me with a variable work schedule and two small children who were home sick a lot). As someone new to home work I had a lot of questions and they walked me through everything, helping me understand what should be a priority vs a nice to have. As my project grew and changed in different ways based on what I decided to do they took it all in stride, working with me and my schedule to accommodate all the things I wanted done. The other thing I would like to share about them is that I have an older house built in the 1920s. They were very knowledgeable about old house issues and quirks. I would definitely recommend them particularly if you need work done on a house in this area where there are many historic and older properties."

"Edward and his team did a fantastic job staining our new hybrid deck and painting the front porch! They worked meticulously to tape around all the composite wood before staining the deck. It was a significant amount of work at a very reasonable price. Edward also returned to the house to touch up a few spots after the team was finished. "I wish I'd known about Manna sooner. Had I known how great they were, I wouldn't have lived with all the annoyances (big and small) that come with home ownership. We had a long punch list of items to tackle: a cabinet door that didn't close properly, a front door that didn't latch easily, a hairline crack in the drywall, a light fixture that needed replacing, smoke alarms that needed replacing, two sinks that drained slowly, algae on the siding, moss on the roof--all handyman tasks that Manna's team addressed efficiently and effectively! And then there were the painting tasks: sanding, priming and painting exterior doors, removing a very stubborn wallpaper border, mudding, sanding, priming and painting that room. Everything was all done to our complete satisfaction. Herbert, the owner, provided a detailed estimate, always let us know when workers would arrive and when the job would be completed, and visited the worksite each day.
