Ira helped me through the HOA approval process, providing detailed description, material lists and applicable drawings. We communicated primarily through text and Ira was very responsive and let me know what to expect next and when. My project was a relatively small one for Apex but Ira was able to get crews to my home between larger projects and was flexible with our schedule. There also was some additional unanticipated labor needed to complete my project and I was not charged additionally. Ira stuck to the original quote. "Resurrection / Pearl Pools was awful to deal with. They missed every timeline, they revised the quote upward mid-project after neglecting to include a shower area in the quote. Worst of all, even after MONTHS of missed deadlines, they called to say they were done and demanded final payment. When I said it wasn't and pointed out multiple issues remaining, they said they've done all they can and *full quote from an email from Brian, "I believe Resurrection Pools has lived up to our standards of service and quality." I was left with a deck that I needed to sand a large portion of on my own, plaster that is uneven with blemishes along the steps leading into the pool, tilework that's uneven, there was cement in the spillway so the flap couldn't be re-installed and multiple other issues I've had to deal with. That's their standard of quality and service. I reached out to my original salesman, Dave and he said he would look into it and get back to me. That was over 5 weeks ago."
