Luis (tech) called 2 hours before the scheduled appointment to see if he could arrive earlier than planned, which turned out to be a good fit for me. Luis was friendly, courteous and professional. "I had purchased an Angie's List deal to clean all my vents for $199 which was needed after finishing my basement in my new home and the heavy construction dust.  Make sure you read all the fine print though.  I ended up paying more because the cold air return ducts are not included in the deal.  They also tried to up sell me on other services such as disinfecting the air ducts which I declined.  It can get quite expensive real fast!
The technician originally was going to charge me extra for the ceiling mounted heat registers and I had to point out that they were at 8' and included in the deal price.
Otherwise the technician was polite and respectful of my home and cleaned up after himself.  I was happy with the end result.
