"We hired Lulu to help clean my 3 bed / 2 bath house that has one very large Bernese Mountain Dog (Nessie). Lulu does a wonderful job of making sure she takes care of all my things. We were having some trouble with Nessie hair on the rugs and she went ahead and bought a rake for the carpet and a better vacuum to help with this issue! She is almost always prompt to arrive or will communicate if she's able to come a bit early or running a tad late. Ulises response was within 10 min. for an emergency where smoke alarm was going of in condo and we were out of state. He was out the door and on his way within 10 min...so grateful for that and then subsequently he and Areyi came to do a deep clean to ready the condo for sale. It had previously been "deep cleaned" but was no where near ready for sale. They came and did a meticulous job and no detail was overlooked.
