"I purchased a 12 X 16 Gazebo from Samâ s Club and was looking for someone to assemble and install. Via Home Advisor, Mr. Luis M. Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. After assembling he also cleaned up the work area and stacked the cardboard boxes. I was also satisfied with the sealing of the concrete. I plan to use LMJ General Construction for additional projects. Thx,"

"After agreeing with their estimate, the Juanchi’s crew came out on time and started working. I had 5 different projects for them to do. They lay concrete at two different locations; one project was a slap of concrete (7 by 6 feet) with a four-foot-high brick wall built. They also built two brick steps. I’m extremely pleased with their professionalism and great job done. They deserve 5 stars rating. I would recommend them to anyone."

"We hired this contractor for our new patio and there were problems from the start. Using their equipment the lawn was destroyed. It was pointed out to them and they told us our HOA would repair it, that was not the case. The repair cost was $384.00. Through no fault of theirs the coloring they put into the concrete turned out horrible. They said it was either defective concrete or defective dye. Two weeks later we find out that the concrete company would not do anything about it because dye was added which voided the warranty. Then the dye company would not take responsibility. Tracy Norman did provide a mutually agreed upon solution, however the time it took for them to make it right was unacceptable and the time it took for this project to be completed was unacceptable (9 weeks). With the anxiety, stress and ultimately frustration we felt of them not returning phone calls or text messages ( 6 days at one point) their customer service is very lacking to say the least. In the end they put down a colored concrete sealer (at their cost). rightfully so. When doing so they got it on our boarder around the patio, our marker lights, door and house. They did, however come back and make it right. We now have a patio that approx. every 5 years will cost us money to redo. This, of course, defeats our goal of having a no-maintenance patio . I would also note that when the issue with the patio and coloring arose we were, at that time, told that there are no guarantees on the concrete or the coloring. I think that is something that the buyer should be told at the beginning of any job. So with that said we suggest buyer beware and do your homework when it comes to concrete companies. I have pictures upon request."

"We had a small issue with the original date of installation as two of their crew were out sick. Chris the supervisor actually came to start the work that same day and it was finished the next day. They had to cut out the old tile and drywall and replace it. The job was not simple as it involved cutting colored tiled and having to match the pattern on the ends of the wall. They did tremendous work and I would definitely call them again when I decide to do my bathrooms.

"The crew was very respectful of the property and good to work with. I would Highly recommend for any concrete work."

"I initially reached out for stamped concrete. After discussing my "vision" with the owner we settled on pavers. These pavers were placed on top of the existing concrete pad. I could not be MORE thrilled. The look is perfect and I am slightly obsessed. Stephen was very helpful through out the process. I'd give them 10 stars!!"
