"Easy to schedule the service. Friendly team of two women. Did a good job overall. Upon being informed they had finished, I looked at the work and was not pleased with some of it. Specifically, we have wood floors in the LR, foyer, kitchen, MBR and hallway. The floors had not been cleaned under the couch, table, along the wall, under the bed or under a bedroom chair. When mentioned to them, they did go to those areas and properly clean. After they left, my wife came home and pointed out more areas of the wood floor not cleaned (e.g., under and behind a TV tray stand, etc). So I rated them average overall, and a 4 for customer service."

"They did a wonderful job and I am so happy they were able to fit me in on a Saturday. They said they would arrive between 11-noon and they were there on time at 11:30.They worked fast but didn't cut any corners. They even moved all of the furniture that I hadn't been able to move. I believe they were done with the cleaning around 1 and it dried so much faster than steam cleaning, it only took abut 4 hours for the carpet to dry - couch took a little longer but that was to be expected. They were very friendly and considerate. I had always thought because of the name Chem-Dry that they used chemicals but when I researched their process and solutions online I learned that they are one of the most non-toxic ways to clean carpet. The man I spoke with explained that it they used something like club soda. I didn't want to do the carpet protector formula since I wanted it to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Even my husband said it looked like they did a good job. It was so easy to work with them and I will definitely call them for carpet cleaning in the future. <br />"
