"Didn't clean up all of the wet footprints on the floor and wash-streaks from the shower tile. Didn't get the top of one cabinet that was heavily soiled from kitchen grease and dust cleaned down to a clean top - a difficult one for us to reach. Overall, however, was excellent."

"They are prompt, right on time, the floors are never soggy or wet and they do an excellent job in extracting the water. They take care to put little slips of coated paper under the furniture to make sure that it doesn't get dirty. You don't have to move any of your furniture; they take care to do all of that. I think they do a lovely job on the stairs because that's my dirties spot."

"It went well. Called and they came out the next day. They ran a little late but called to let me know. Unfortunately I had already left my work and could have stayed longer. Took about 3 hours which for all they did was good. He even gave me some spot cleaning tips before he left. <br />"
