"If I could give more than 5 stars I would. We received 4 other quotes and Gotcha Covered beat them by 5-15,000 dollars. The quality of the materials Gotcha Covered uses was the same or better as the higher priced quotes. They were extremely professional and wasted no time. Gotcha Covered always was on time or a little bit early and answered every call or returned calls immediately. The instillation went extremely smoothly and they installed 27 blinds throughout the house in 4-5 hours. I can not say enough good things about them!"

"Ara was very friendly, accommodating and had some very good suggestions on treatments for my living room and bedroom windows. We proceeded with the living room curtains and loved them! Ara even made sure we got them in before Thanksgiving. Only thing I would suggest is to be sure you indicate in the invoice the color code and name pattern of the curtains because for some reason I thought I was getting a different color than what we ended up with. Not Ara s fault, just confusion on my end. "

"Problem: Would have liked to know ahead of time that one window to ceiling window was not squared after measurements. One (1) out of six (6) window shade goes down but, shows a uneven gap on the sides. They came and tried to fix (only a little better after). I'm not sure if I would have had other options for window trimmings. I have to say though, Ara was accommodating. The bid was reasonable and think Ara is honest (just happened to missed this one window not squared). Otherwise, 5 stars for all. "

Comments from Gotcha Covered
Usually it is very rare to have multiple windows that are all square in length or width, due to construction or building settling over time. The common industry practice is to measure each window in 3 places (top, middle and bottom) and use the smallest width to determine the size of the shade. This will allow the shade to move up and down without any obstructions. However, since the shade is square and the walls are not, the gap along the edges may not be even from top to bottom. We have made a couple of attempts to better the situation and are still willing to do our part to make our customers' experience a positive one.
