Vinity was very quick to respond and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose our problem with our furnace quickly and had parts with him to make the needed repairs. Extremely reasonable price for the amount of time he spent at our house. Thanks!!!

Outstanding pricing and quick installation on a new heating and AC system. Installation of new equipment was clean and very professional looking. Justin in sales did an excellent job of listening to my concerns with the old system and proposing a new system to improve heating and cooling comfort in my home. HVAC technicians Vitaliy and Igor did a wonderful job of system installation and checkout. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Vitaliy from Air Express provided excellent service! Advised of costs in advance and explained other options once he arrived and investigated problem. Offered advice on maintaining the furnace properly. Friendly and efficient service call!

I "tipped" the service provider 15%. I later noticed that the bill included a Home Advisor referral fee. I contacted Home Advisor about that and was informed that that was to be paid by the contractor. Was told by Home Advisor that I would get a follow-up call. A week later I'm still waiting for that call. The "tip" was my choice, the referral fee was not my choice. If I had looked closer at the bill I probably would have not tipped unless the contractor explained this to me.

They were efficient, professional, and on time. They even had an opening and rebooked me earlier so I could be done. They discovered that the previous installer had installed the unit incorrectly, and they were able to get it fixed on the same trip.
