After agreeing on a price to clean our home and the number of hours included, Cathy came at the agreed time with a coworker. Unfortunately, she then had to leave about an hour early because she said she had another appointment to get to. They did not do a thorough job of cleaning the kitchen or baseboards and I had to reclean them myself. She then claimed she needed to charge me $50 extra for cleaning the windows. The kicker is she didnt bring a step stool or ladder to clean them with so she only cleaned the bottom half of the windows because she couldn't reach the top halves. She also forgot to give me an invoice which i need for tax purposes. I called her after about the invoice and she said she would email me an invoice but never did. Subsequent follow up calls have gone unanswered. In hindsight, I don't believe she is a licensed business, and it was extremely difficult communicating with her since her English was rather limited. Very disappointing experience overall.

They were fabulous! Cathy was available on a weekend to come and provide an estimate and ensure we were on the same page with expectations. Very professional, yet caring. She loved our dogs and was fine with their chaos!! They came today and did a great job. Hired!!!
