Top shelf contractor with integrity. If I could rate him 6 stars I would. We trust Cody and his team with all our forestry site prep and land grading work. He can do it all, heavy equipment excavating, road and grade work, ditch drainage issues, full land site prep, V-blade tree planting. He can also handle the smaller homeowner type projects no one else can with small bulldozer and skid steer equipment. Demolition, site clearing, lot grading, foundation grades, driveway construction. Cody and his company is a multi generation lineage of equipment operation and grade work with a long track record of professional and honest expertise. Have I expressed enough for a top rec? Cody has built roads for me, repaired roads for me, dug a pond, prepared a building site, cleared land, and advised me on other projects I've undertaken on my own. He is easy to work with, communicates well, and his work has been outstanding. His pricing is very fair for the value received. You may be able to find a cheaper company to work with, but the cheaper fellow I hired didn't do nearly as good a job, and Cody will end up fixing some of that guys work. Hire Cody.
