They did my roof in one day. The crew was a work early. My house is old as was the roof so there were suprises. Every thing was taken care of in a professional manner. The company owner was there to check on the progress. When the job was finished I had a beautiful roof and the place was clean. I was so pleased that I hired them for my kitchen reno which is going on now. Thank-you Servicemagic.

We are extremely happy and satisfied with our new roof in our house and garage! Mike, Dean and his team are excellent. They are professional, and thorough, yet really cool guys. They are serious with their work, and even managed to do every details meticulously yet finish in a speed of light. We really like everything from our good looking roof, seamless and shiny gutters and detailed trimmings. They really made sure that we are happy with their work and even tried their best to go above and beyond. Everything was done perfect even the cleaning part, as if nothing happened. greg contacted me from Empire State. Unfortnately I could not get funding for the roof but Greg was willing to work with me and I got beautiful gutters, leaders, and siding replaced along with rotten wood replaced from damage from squirrels also Greg provided an excellent trapper named Shawn who trapped the squirrels before work was done. The weather did not cooperate so that caused a slight delay but Greg kept in contact with me constantly giving me updates and asking for my mom and my input. Did a beautiful and neat job and was on time when work began. His workers were very neat and efficient.

VERY HELPFUL ANSWER ALL QUESTION. THEY ALL SO CAME ON TIME DID A GREAT JOB AND LEFT THE PLACE CLEAN.

The experience was a good one, they were quick ,clean and courteous, and thy addessed any major concerns about the installation.

Empire was prompt, and courteous, followed up the next day for my decision. The work was started and completed on schedule. All items as listed in the contract were completed to my satisfaction, in fact, I am very pleased with the roof. However, the clean up afterward left a lot to be desired. Heavy planter pots were removed from my patio, but never replaced. There was a considerable amount of old roofing debris left in my back yard, and I collected several nails from my driveway to avoid getting a flat tire. I called to have the planters put back, and was told that he would send the guys to do it, but nobody ever came or called.

They where fast as lighting on laying down the roof, and the window where installed on time and quick. I really liked the window installer, he was great, and made me feel comfortable. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that the windows did not have the energy star label with there low-e rating, but I trust Greg that they are what I bought, besides with a 10yr labor, and 30 yr product warrantee I can live that.

The salesman at Empire State Remodelers were very Professional and helpful. As a 1st time homebuyer it's scary trusting contractor but the salesman Greg made me feel comfortable with my decision. I will definetly recommend this company to friends and family members.

These guys are profesionals, did a great job and were totally honest.
