I used GIC for the complete installation of a new Duct Systems for me 3 bedroom home. It was not an easy job as my house has a very low peak roof but that handled it greatly. I cant say enough about how good GIC was to work with and how happy I am with the work that was done. My house is now exactly where I wanted it to be and I have them to thank. The customer service was also stellar as they kept me in tuned to what was going on every step of the way. The price that I received was also very fair. I confirmed with another A/C professional who couldn't take the job on and did confirm that I got a fair and accurate price. Couldn't speak more highly of GIC.

They were very courteous and on time. We had to call them back because they had skipped one of the ducts and one of them was leaking. They responded immediately and fixed the problem.

Did an excellent job had to move both washer and dryer to do the job. Was done in a timely manner with less disruption and checked dryer for operation after vent cleaning.

I called on a Sunday and they came out on Monday to see why I did not have cool air they cleaned the drain and unplugged the drain they were extremely polite die work in less than an hour . recommend service twice a year and I will call them again.

The response and service is pretty good. Realised later that the cost was a little over than normal, as per the other two contractors.. But experience is good and will recommend to any one...

I had a great experience. They arrived an hour after I first called at the time they told me over the phone. They found the problem quickly and showed me where it was. They did the work quickly and followed up with an explanation of what most likely caused problem as well as some maintenance items I should be aware of going forward. Great service.
