They did not complete the one part of the yard I specifically asked to get done. They showed up way earlier than agreed upon, waking the house up. He left me several voicemails screaming obscenities. He was fully aware that I was at work and called no less than ten times in a row. Thoroughly dissappointed.

Greetings Everyone, This client did not complete the face to face estimate, like all of our other clients do that have left excellent reviews and maintain relationships with to this day. She was busy at work and did not have the necessary time to be specific in what she was asking. There was an estimate done and a price given for what was to be done. This customer did not read the estimate and thought she was getting more. We have come across many customers like this, who want service, but want to slave people around for free. Slavery ended in 1865 and yet some people still seem to think that it still exists today. This client did not pay for her front yard and back yard being mowed, along with hedges trimmed, leaf and pine needle blowed for a specific price that she agreed upon. When the work was completed, she refused to pay stating that there were other components that she mentioned via phone, but somehow, she did not specifically read the rate that was given after the estimate, in writing, that she agreed to. Everyone on this planet is working to get to the next level and it is a shame that you have illiterate, selfish, and inconsiderate charlatans who cannot afford to get superior service. Just look at ALL OF OUR OTHER REVIEWS!! Are the other eleven clients who posted reviews experiencing something different? Or do they listen and follow instructions for the best outcome? Peace and Love even to you (consumer name withheld per their request) but please tell the whole truth in matters that involve yourself because it makes you look that much lacking in the credibility department when looking at all the other reviews. Furthermore, there were no obscenities left on the your voicemail. I can prove my case, can you? And the reason for the calls is that you stated that you were not going to pay what you agreed to pay that was clearly stated in the invoice. I am about facts and am prepared to present my case in court like you were clearly notified. Your post will serve as evidence in the court of Law.
