    I had gotten an estimate from the company I have used for years, just 2 blocks away from me. The estimate seemed very high, so I went on Home Advisor. Lighthouse's price was HALF of the other estimate-$800, instead of $1,600. they were prompt and courteous and cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended.

    They came right away to do an estimate. Thenhey spoke with me at length about our needs vs. costs and I scheduled an install. They were on time, did a great job with removal of old and install of new and cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend to anyone needing a new hot water heater! Very professional.

    The relationship started out really great. I had a leak in my burner and had talked to several companies about price and the issue before lighthouse and did not feel great about what I was told. The receptionist was courteous and helpful when contact was first made of my problem, and I felt they were in the business to do the right thing by me and their customers. The day of estimate he repair men were seemingly knowledgeable and informative as to what the problem was. The day of the job they performed the work fine as I can tell, although after they left I noticed a sound of rushing water through my heating pipes. I called them back and still courteous We scheduled them to come back to repair the new problem. This is where the relationship started to turn. After 4 hours the problem persisted and the guys couldn't seem to get it fixed, in the meantime breaking a valve and causing me not to have a washing machine for 4-5 so they can put the leak they created in the waste. They came back to fix now the 2nd problem they created for me, and still could not fix the first. After calling again to come back the relationship now got even wors. The receptionist turned to someone who seemed annoyed rather than having the level of service she first did in wanting to help fix my problem, now which the company created. After finally making a 4th appt she then called to cancel and made it seem like I created the problem. After contacting several additional businesses I understand this is not a tough job to repair. I don't think this company could figure out a seemingly easy fix. I also feel lighthouse was no longer making money on me and was using their time not to benefit themselves by coming back. I would not hire them again.
