I hired late August. I have documentation that shows he said 10 days to complete job and his estimate. Weekend after weekend I traveled to the construction site and nothing was done. I have entire transcripts of our conversations. He me a price to paint the entire house including trim and cabinets. In also offered to do other miscellaneous projects. I asked how much for each project. After 60 days he gave me a bill for a job that should have been $9500 max for $14,500. This job was for my sisters estate. He charged an additional $5000. He refused to come to an agreement and put a lien on the house. I have tons of pictures of how poor the workmanship and quality of his work is. Buyer beware!

Most important to note: Matt McCormick abandoned our project and while working with us, was extremely unprofessional. We hired Matt to install a fence and screened-in porch for us. He told us it would be done in 2 weeks (we finished it ourselves 3 months later). He increased his original quote by $1000 before even starting the project. He was rude and condescending. He misled me about the timeline for the completion of the jobs. However, my issues with Matt are not so much about the fence, though he did a lot wrong there. Most of my frustration stems from the screened-in porch. He did not do an aluminum track, but a frame of 2x4s. He completed it in one day, but so poorly that my toddler fell through the cheap, flimsy screen a few days later, and within a week, two different sections of the screen had been pulled from the frame at the top by wind alone. When asked to fix it, Matt wanted to charge me another $500 for materials and labor, on top of the nearly $2000 he wanted for it to begin with. Long story short, what he did on the porch, he did wrong. He did not finish the fence or screen, and we were left to do it ourselves. Good thing too, cause we did a much better job and saved a lot of money. So no, I would not recommend Matt McCormick to anyone.

Matt came, listened to what I wanted, asked questions and gave me an estimate which I considered to be extremely fair. When we started on the master bath, it became obvious to both of us that what I wanted was not going to work. Matt came up with a plan that was so much better than what I thought I wanted. The 2 bathrooms upstairs completely changed the look of the house . When problems arose Matt always had a solution to make it work. The downstairs powder room updates completely changed how the first floor looked. Matt was extremely accurate in his estimate. His work is meticulous and I for one am so glad to have had him work on my house. I know that I will not hesitate to hire Matt again for anything that I need to have done

Matt was prompt responding to calls and texts. Provided a reasonable estimate and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Great person to work with, would recommend.

Performed shingle removal and new roofing installation. Cleaned gutters and ground upon completion. Very professional with excellent communication, dependable, thorough. Will hire again for other projects. Highly recommended.

Matt gave us an upfront estimate for repair and replacement of our 25 year old furnace. We elected to go with a new one and felt like we got a good product, a quality installation, and a fair price.

Our job wasn't a big one, but we are very happy with the results. Matt was very accommodating to our schedule and we feel the cost was very reasonable. We would hire him again and plan on doing so for other projects.
