This customer has been a pleasure to work with. Customer lowered our rating after we finished work and they did not pay for additional work completed. Customer had us stop work because of being out of money and we went back and finished work that was not completed when they had us stop because of money issues. We finished job plus extras and we did not get paid for all work or materials. Funny the original rating was a 5 star.

That is not the situation at all. Many underlying problems. The project is 95% complete. We worked in rain, and snow. We are still owed money and we were told that they did not know when they could pay us. Do not work for this customer. They spent money that was supposed to be paid to us. We will complete the job. We did have the warmest winter but we also had a very wet and stormy winter. Hard to roof and side in wind and rain. They also wanted us to add to the quote so they could get more money from the insurance company. This man is not even the homeowner. Homeowner not even aware that he had reviewed us. There has never been an unanswered call or a return call when a message was left. This is a very unfortunate situation but it is not at all like he has reviewed. The job has been completed for 8 weeks now and the customer has still not paid the remaining balance owed on the job. Have been waiting on customer to make an effort to pay however there has been no response.

We had to reschedule 1 time due to additions on a job that had to be completed.
