Ted was very good. Called as soon as I contacted him through Home Advisor, asked what the problem was, he came the very next day. He came in and fixed the problem in no time at all I was very pleased with his work, I will definitely hire him whenever I have any more problems with any plumbing projects. He knows what he is doing.

Ted is getting along in years and claims to be "semi-retired". Works without help conscientiously and meticulously. Probably not the fastest way to get a large job finished if time is absolutely critical, but I would hire him again. Friendly and easy-going with plenty of experience to handle any situation that may arise. Very happy with the end results.
