The owner called within 10-15 minutes of my online repair request, even though it was 6:20 in the morning. He had a tech out to my location by 9am and the tech was very helpful. It was a very easy solution, a valve had been turned off mistakenly. They only charged me for the trip fee. They were fast and honest, which probably saved me money. Thank you very much.

He was prompt and had my AC fixed in 1/2 hour....would have preferred to have a price up front. The price was much less than I thought it would be.

My air conditioner stopped working in late evening so I called next day. The lady answering the phone was cordial and said she would have Ralph call me as soon as possible. He was on another call be did call and let me know he would be at my house in about two hours. He found the problem right away it was a capacitor. Had part on truck, fixed it and charge was reasonable. We discussed another issue for another time. . He did not try to sell me anything I didn't need. In fact he was very honest in discussing problem. I'm a widow and I appreciated his forthrightness. Having been ripped off before this was someone I would definitely recommend.
