"Ms. Tamara called within minutes of my request about service cleaning air vents, duct system. I needed someone to assist with a seriou problem of soot that was blown everywhere by a repair person dealing with our fireplace and was going into the airflow system. Ms. Tamara sent technician Moussa. He was excellent, caring listened to my husband's and my concerns. He cleaned allthe vents and duct systems. Sanintized all the opening. It was a mess and Mussa cleaned it all up.I am 79 years old. I was so upset when Ms. Tamara called, she was so kind, calmed me down and scheduled Mussa to come the next day. If you are reading this review, I highly recommend this company!!! THEY ARE GREAT"

"I was very happy with the air and dryer vent cleaning. I feel like I can tell a difference of the air quality in the house. Bradley, the technician, seemed very knowledgeable and informative. He showed up on time, and I believe he did a very thorough job in the expected timeframe. I appreciate his professionalism as I had to remind my curious kids to stay out of the way. Overall, I feel like Santi-Air provided top notch services at a competitive price compared to the cheaper company I used in the past."

"He is on time and went above and beyond in checking to make sure the quality of work delivered is good. He even stepped on the roof to check if itâ s clean. He checking using a camera in the duct to show itâ s all clean. This way you know if the work done is clean, rather than just relying on his words. Once again, heâ s on time, Smiling, and a good customer service at the end. Would definitely recommend hiring him"

When you hire a housekeeper or cleaning service, there are some questions you’ll need to ask to ensure you’re hiring the right person for the job. Writing down a list of services you want to be completed is a great place to start. This way, you’ll have all the information you need when you do interview a housekeeper or cleaning service, and they can provide you with accurate information and cost estimates.
Find out upfront if the housekeeper or cleaning company offers the services you need, especially if you have requests that go beyond basic services.
Do they charge a flat fee each week? Do they charge an hourly rate? Some companies charge based on your home’s square footage or the number of bedrooms you have.
Many companies may provide some smaller cleaning supplies, but they may need to use your vacuum cleaner or mop. Others bring their own or none at all. And if you’re particular about the types of chemicals used in your home, you may want to ask what products they use or if they’re willing to use what you provide.
Anytime you have a professional in your home, something could go wrong. They could get hurt, or some of your property may be damaged. Ask what would happen in these scenarios — a well-qualified professional will have the necessary insurance and bonding to cover these situations.
