I definitely would refer my neighbors or friends to Valu-Rite Plumbing. David was very helpful by explaining what he would do to replace my leaking water line and was very timely in completing the project. When I came home from work the day they did the work I did not know that they had even been here to do the work until I got out of my car & walked over to see the work had been completed. They did a great job in cleaning up and I felt the price for the work was very reasonable.

Chris was very responsive and took care of my issue with leaking in my basement. I was able to call him initially and talk through the issue, which saved me a few hundred dollars that Roto-Rooter was trying to charge for something unecessary. He was very honest when he came for an estimate, and seemed to have a very good idea of what the leaking was coming from. He gave me a warranty for his work that beat all the other estimates. Great price, easy to work with, and reliable. Hopefully the issue is fully resolved, but if it isn't, I know he will stick to his word.

I had very high water bills for 2 quarters and couldn't determine the cause - so no past experience with this. I described the problem in Service Magic and got the 3 referrals - but the folks at Valu-Rite Plumbing were the most diligent in their follow-up and eager to do the work. David was friendly, quick to locate the problems and detailed in the description of the problem and possible solutions. And he was a hard worker. He completed a tedious digging job in a short amount of time wrapping it up by lamplight after dark. I can highly recommend David & Valu-Rite.
