"Extremely well. I am very pleased with the work, professionalism, etc. The only reason I gave the price a B is because it just seems wrong to be happy about costs.. ;>) They also made several adjustments and cleaned some areas of both units that had obviously been neglected, even though I was on a maintenance program with another provider before this. I have dealt with Air Essentials before for duct cleaning and decided at that time they would get my business for the rest of my needs once my other contract expired. I wish my other contract had expired sooner, because these guys know their business. Travis came out, did the tune up service, then the next day came to repair the flashing. Everything looks great."

"mixed reviews.  I didn't read the fine print so the purchase only covered 8 vents.  Well I had 18 vents.  So that was an extra $200.  They told me about it and I originally was not going to have them all done but they said if the other vents were blocked then doing the 8 would be ineffective. 

I went back and looked at the fine print.  It should include that 8 vents is about the size of a small apartment.  I have a 3 BR 1 floor house.  I would not have purchased had I realized at the time how much it would end up being.  

But they were prompt, courteous, explained everything well.  If I wanted to spend that type of money i would hire them again.

His team was professional and skilled in all areas. They were timely and even swept the floors when they were done. I would use Elite Air again if I ever needed HVAC work completed and will definitely use them moving forward for any scheduled maintenance."

"The tech arrived between the hours stated. I was able to call him to find out a better idea of what time other than between 3-8pm. He wore a mask and shoe caps was very polite and helpful. He was unable to fix on the first visit because he did not have the part available but said he'd be back on Friday. I called him on Wed since I was off work to see if he'd be able to fit me in. I received a call back and he was able to do the actual repairs then. The dryer works again wonderfully. I did request from Choice if he'd be able to inspect my duct work and check out my fridge but Choice ever got back with me."

"A/C went out on a Friday and James was responsive immediately and got a unit as soon as we said yes based on his estimate then started the work on Friday and finished it on Saturday! Very impressed with his service and he kept us up to date as to permits, inspections, and finished install.
