Our water heater was leaking. We contacted Home Advisor which provided two contractors, Mr. Bacon responded first and was able to provide service that day. We replaced our 40 gal. with a 50 gal. electric water heater total cost was $740.00. We did not verify that the job was complete before payment and when checked found that the unit had settled and was at a slight tilt. Mr. Bacon was notified and he made the effort to accommodate us and correct that minor issue. I would recommend Tom Bacon Plumbing for service and responsiveness.

Tom Bacon’s plumbing contacted me right away, came to the house to provide estimate with 2 hrs and completed the installation of a replacement water heater in my home, The job had extra work involved due to the location of the water heater, But this was not a problem for Tom & Darrell. I was very pleased with everything and the timeframe the job was completed. I tried another service before this one but after 5 days they didn’t want the job. I'll use this plumbing company for other jobs and recommend the efficient, fast and courteous service!
