"The crew arrived on time. The system in our apartment was different than anything they had serviced previously. There were some issues with the vent covers since they had been painted over, but they were able to get them off. The equipment did a fine job of cleaning most of the many years of dirt in the ducts. I did have to ask the crew to clean the return duct of some remaining dirt. I also had to ask them to clean the return duct vent cover. They did not have a brush so I loaned them one. I also had to ask them to clean the walls around where they had been working. Again, they did not have the supplies needed and I provided them with some magic eraser to do the job. We are already breathing easier and we are happy with the result. The crew should have had all the tools needed to complete the job, including the cleanup. We will be recommending Green Clean to other tenants, just hope the crew has all the tools needed to complete the job and they pay more attention to detail."

"My furnace stopped working on a Saturday afternoon.  I tried calling several companies to come out and inspect the furnace, but because this was after-hours (and the middle of winter) several hours passed before I could get a tech to come out to my house.  I went with the first call-back who could come out.  Mark, from a high volume HVAC company (Schmidt Heating and Cooling) came out to assess and was a complete jerk.  Quoted me $490 to replace the blower wheel, on top of $55 just for showing up.  Naturally, not knowing much about furnaces, and being a frugal person, I began inquiring about the price and the work.  Mark responded with "it's a good thing I don't charge by the question."
Got a call-back from Chilly Heating and Air and spoke with Sam, the owner.  He was very courteous, professional, and answered all my questions.  Quoted me $240 for the same $490 work that Schmidt had quoted me (less than half!).  Sam came out the next day and finished the work in under an hour.  Only ended up costing me $205.  Sam also answered all my questions about how to save money by sealing my ducts, insulating certain areas in my basement, etc...
If you want awesome, prompt, professional service for a low price - go with Chilly.  I will definitely be using them for all future HVAC needs.
