Cleanliness: They could have done a little better job after the project was completed to go back to the vents and vacuum the particles on the floor, but overall they were tidy.

The work was excellent and the price was good. The crew was very courteous. They arrived a bit late but this was not a major problem as I had no specific plans.

Mark called within minutes of my request on Home Advisor. He was able to work me into his schedule that day. He called 30 minutes before arriving. Cost was as quoted. He pretreated the entire carpet not just spots, was here for over 2.5 hours working himself into a sweat. He asked me to check the rooms as he went to ensure I liked the job he was doing. I have super thick carpet. The carpets look awesome. He did little things like turning on the ceiling fans. Little things that make the customer service exceptional. I would defiantly use him again and highly recommend him.
