I chose Superior Awning to come and give a bid on a retractable awning over part of our patio based on all the good reviews on this site. They certainly lived up to the great reviews! Jeff came out to give the bid and he was very knowledgebale and seemed to really care about what he was selling. There was no high pressure sell. In fact when I questioned him about getting an automated retractable awning vs a manual with a crank, he did not pressure us at all to spend the extra $500. He was right, it really was not needed for us. The awning is high quality and installed perfectly by two installers in about 3.5 hrs. They are excellent!

As these kinds of projects go, this was one of the best. Called on Satuday AM, had a written estimate by Monday AM, three awnings were installed by the following week Wednesday PM. The awnings are substantial, sturdy and very nicely crafted. I don't have a single complaint.
