"I used Breathe Kleen Air for two services, duct cleaning and then duct replacement. When old ducts were taken out, worker and I could both clearly see an inch thick layer of dust and gunk inside one of the return air ducts that was supposed to have been cleaned literally THE WEEK BEFORE. Since we ultimately had those ducts removed, the problem is that we didn't get the thorough service we had been expecting.
