"I purchased the deal off of Angie's List, and Westwood contacted me that same day. We set up the appointment and wound up having a rainy day. Westwood rescheduled due to having to have houses running in and out of the house. They were great with communication and showed up promptly for the rescheduled appointment. They were professional and courteous to my wife and performed the cleaning in a little over an hour.
I cannot attest to the quality, as I haven't had ducts cleaned before.

"Rating the quality of work I gave a 4 because the job when 1st done was unacceptable. Still had remains left in the ducts you could see and swipe out with your finger. Granted this was a home in the flood so I'm sure the ducts were a mess but still could have been cleaned completely from the start. When I contacted Midwest Clean Air about this problem, told them this is unacceptable & I wasn't happy they didn't miss a beat to rectify, apologized SEVERAL times & was back out there at 8:00 AM the next day which happened to be a Saturday. Took him about 45 minutes & ducts were spotless. Therefore they can & will do a wonderful job just wished they'd done it the 1st time and saved me the grief."
