This man did a good job. He called and was able to come over right away. He cleaned out the vent and everything is working well so far.

Came out within 48 hours of contacting them about waterproofing/maintenance, and were very flexible with the times! Dominic showed me everything that needed to be repaired, and was up front on what was in good condition. It was reassuring to know he was not out to rip me off and was able to do all the work on the spot. The work was done quickly, well, I saw pictures, and no mess was left. I would use Maximum again without ANY hesitation! Be prepared for the usual “If we do the work now it will cost 450 instead of 500, but I need to call my boss for authorization.” I don’t mean that in a negative way – just saying be prepared for it.
