He came. He cleaned the ducts and the dryer vent. He left little mess. The heaitng ducts deliver a lot more hot air now.

When we hired the Duct Pros (Greg) we thought it would be a simple cleaning of our dryer vent. After Greg came out to clean the vent, he found that there were multiple clogs in the vent & that the vent had multiple elbows in the duct. He used a camera to determine the additional clogs, plus determined that part of the duct had separated at one of the elbows. Greg came back & had to access the elbow from the ceiling of our finished basement. While this meant cutting into drywall, Greg was very careful & professional about the job, making sure the cut was in the correct place. When finished, he cleaned everything up & the vent was fixed.
