The project was completed in a timely way. Everyone was nice, helpful. The front porch overall looks great. The customer service is fantastic, especially considering that we changed our mind on roofline just before the contractors started and they were happy to redesign, give new estimate and follow through on the last-minute request. Reason for 4/5 on quality: Window screens do not fit tightly, and the front door is horrible, a strange design with screen directly over glass. We questioned door quality early in the process and were told there was only one type. The company could make more money by offering a range of options on doors etc.
