They did not leave any mess, were very careful about moving themselves and their equipment around the house. We couldn't ask for better service. In reference to the rating for price, I gave the company an A rating. I did not shop and compare prices, but based on the quality of their work and the time they spent doing the work, I think the work was priced fairly. Their cost of service may seem to be high, but I made the mistake several years ago, in a different house, using another company who had a much lower price and I was very disappointed overall with the prior duct cleaning service. As they say, you get what you pay for."
