"We had a great HVAC duct inspection experience with Donald Duct (love the name). Their scheduling service kept us up to date regarding our appointment. Surprisingly, they had a schedule change and we were asked if they could arrive early! The two techs arrived right on time and explained how they would inspect our ducts and then recommend any additonal service. Post inspection, they showed me pictures of our ducts, and luckily, no further work was necessary. They did spend additional time with me explaining how I can add filters to my returns and recommended that we reinspect in 2 years. "The two installers were friendly, they knew their stuff, got right to work and finished 30 minutes earlier than the time they estimated. The did quality work and left my garage cleaner than when they started. The person that came out to inspected the work took a couple of pictures (the same pictures taken by the installers). He was not very friendly and he did not want to answer any of my questions. Total waste of my time! I would recommend Goettl Air Conditioning to my friends, the installers are experienced, did a great job, answered all my questions, let my garage clean, and installed a new HOT water heater for my home. We originally had scheduled for a cleaning to have a smoke smell removed from prior renters and while they were here they brought other issues to our attention. Long story short, all issues were resolved in a professional and timely manner. Not only did they get the smell out of our house they provided us with vital information about what they did and why they did it.
